Breakfast and aperitivo at I Mori
Breakfast at the estate's bistro, I Mori, runs to the full Sicilian spread, made from produce sourced the same day. Come back for the aperitivo poolside in the evening, when the two hills catch the last of the light.
Cycle the Val di Noto
The estate sits across two olive-planted hills it calls an ideal starting point for exploring the Val di Noto and its nature reserves by bike. Take a route out in the cooler hours and come back to the panoramic pool and its shaded pergolas.
