Just returned from zafiro palma nova. We had the family suite and was upgraded to a private pool room which was brilliant although the pool was freezing! But it was free so couldn't grumble.

Hotel rooms are spacious and we had a separate living area and bedroom which is great if you have small goods. The hotel is in a good location as you can easily walk to restaurants and the beach....
