Went to the Federal with my family we had a great time. Friendly staff and helped us get around Reno and Carson City. Will definitely stay there again.

They were remodeling, NOT informed. No food on premises and large stains on carpet. Never made up our room, had to go out at 6am for coffee and shampoo. Man at counter, NOT helpful. Last time we stayed was fine,...
