House rules

Please note the following conditions for long stays (more than 14 nights):

A €400 security deposit (CASH ONLY) must be paid at reception on the day of key collection. This deposit will be refunded at check-out, subject to inspection.

A cleaning supplement of €50 will be applied at the end of the stay.

CITY TAX: Since 1 July 2022, Andorra has been levying a city tax on all guests aged 16 and over. The rate is €2.09 per person per night, up to a maximum of €14.63 per stay.

After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment instructions and key collection details.

Guests must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.

Please inform Tarter Mountain Suites in advance of your expected arrival time. You can indicate this in the special requests box when booking or contact the property directly (details provided in your confirmation).

Important information:

Parking spaces are standard size and may not be suitable for large vehicles.

All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Stag, hen, or similar parties are not allowed.

Quiet hours must be respected from 22:00 to 08:00.

Comfortable and spacious apartments with a wood-burning fireplace for 5, 7, or 9 guests. Centrally located, just 5 minutes from the slopes.

St Jaume Ransol Residence

Bright, modern apartments with direct mountain views, located on Ransol hill, approximately 5 minutes by car from the slopes.
