Great spa hotel with lovely bars & communal areas. Fifteen minutes walk to gondola but frequent shuttle. Massage lady was rude but other staff were great & very helpful particularly the shuttle driver.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bansko! The cleanliness and the service are very good. Room amenities are also very good. The staff are friendly!
