This is my first time staying at a Royalton resort and my experience was not a nice one.
The resort itself, the building, was nice.
The food - what I got to taste was okay. They have many restaurants at this resort...

Staff is rude..even after you tip them. No smiles, look bothered when you ask for a drink. They don’t clean the chairs or day beds by the pool or beach. Staff stated they are underpaid which is why they have an attitude.
