We arrived at about 2 am, and the code for the lockbox didn't work. However, the emergency number we called, worked fine, and the code was reset.

The location is great. You have all you need nearby. Transport to everywhere, the metro is at 2 minutes, all the shops and restaurants you need. Plus the Mall. You are not far from the main attraction and old town....

The location is unbeatable with direct access to buses and the metro, as well as a big shopping centre across the road. Apartment size is fair. We also like how clean it is.
