The front desk staff were unfriendly. Upon check-in we were asked if we wanted our room cleaned the next day and we said yes. After being gone all day, we came back and it had not been cleaned.

Having a work truck and being a hotel guest , I had to park across the casino hoping Tools didn’t get stolen because valet wasn’t open and the casino isn’t responsible for theft
