One of the two meditation rooms is glass-walled and built directly over a running stream; the other sits inside the forest. Go before the pools open, while the water is the only sound.
Breakfast on your own terrace
Breakfast can be brought to the villa rather than a dining room, so there is no reason to be dressed before you want to be. Ask for it early if you're staying in one of the Valley View villas, so it arrives while the valley is still in shadow.
The waterfall in three drops
The estate's waterfall falls in three separate stages, with a garden of hammocks strung beneath it and a stand-up paddleboard waiting nearby at Lago dos Cisnes. Spend the afternoon there and come back to the heated pool once the light goes.
