The temazcal
The temazcal is a steam ceremony guided with medicinal herbs, meant to loosen old emotion as much as physical tension. It is booked for up to four people at a time, so the two of you can go in without sharing the heat with anyone else.
Floating sound healing
You are held on the water for this one, floating on inflatable mattresses while quartz bowls and other vibrational instruments sound around the room and someone works your feet and head. Like the temazcal, sessions run for up to four people, so book it as a pair rather than joining strangers.
Rebozo therapy
The rebozo, the long woven shawl used across Mexico to carry children and calm bodies, is used here to hold and rock you through a session built to release physical and emotional tension. It needs nothing but the cloth and someone who knows how to use it.
