The property has some of the best views in the area, however the rooms we stayed in were a bit outdated and worn, but large. Also they were set far back from the main pool bar area. This made it more peaceful though....

Excellent thermal spa resort with great views of Arenal volcano. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The resort is on a steep hill but the shuttle was quick and effective.

A typical tourist place in Costa Rica. Many staff did not have a smile on their faces.
I reserved two rooms. In one we had five people. The resort only provided two keys per room.
