They were good enough to give us the fan as it was too hot in Vienna and we have an infant and kids.
We also asked them to give us the iron and ironing stand.

Room was good, hotel is well kept and easy to accès room with technology. Place is close to several businesses. Room service came daily. Price was good.

The room incl. its bathroom were really nice. On weekends, we found enough free parking spaces around the hotel. The subway is only about 10 minutes of walking. The beds were really comfy and the breakfast was nice.
