Wonderful hotel accommodations and location. Great staff especially Abdul on Hilton Honors desk and everyone working the executive lounge. I generally stay at Marriott properties but this Hilton is truly a gem.

Did not provide any Hilton honours benefits associated with gold membership. Advised this was due to third-party booking. This is not the experience with other Hilton hotels. Disappointed. Not the service you would expect.
