Check in was at 4pm I got there @ 5pm and since system were down I had to wait and couldn't check in till 8:30pm. I was there for an event and had to get ready in the lobby. They did not offer any inconvenience services.

No cleaning of room during our stay, I guess only on checkout? Bummed no fresh towels. Walking through casino very smelly with cigarette smoke, no coffee pot in room, had to go to the bar every morning for black...
