The Ultra All Inclusive treatment is reserved for stays in the King's Lake Queen orTwin Room with Full Lake and Sea View. And in Elisir Twin Room - Pool View

Transfer service: Transfers for up to 3 people are charged at USD 33, while for up to 6 people the fee is USD 55 each way. Flight details must be provided 48 hours before arrival.

Pet Policy: The hotel only accepts small and medium-sized pets weighing no more than 10 kg. At the end of your stay, you will be charged a EUR 10 per day special cleaning fee. You will also be required to provide a copy of your identification and a photo of your pet to the front desk. Additionally, your pet must always wear a collar with the room number and/or owner's contact information. If the pet's owner fails to clean up after their pet, the resort will charge the owner a EUR 50 cleaning fee.

Child Policy: Rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 children under 6 years old or 1 child under 12 years old. Additional children will be charged an additional fee.
