We loved our stay at the Hotel Balmoral - all the main museums and parks were walking distance. There was a bar, cafe, restaurant, ice cream shop on the first floor of the hotel which made it easy for late dinners....

1. I had booked a 2 bedroom junior suite but got 2 bedrooms and one bathroom - I did not complain because my travel companion was unable to complete the trip.
