The property is lovely, very new and beautiful. They need to train their staff better, however, as I found some of them quite unhelpful.They did not seem to be able to answer simple questions.

Lovely hotel with great service. However, too much incense odor in public areas (a common practice locally), and no signage around building to help locate their lovely deli, snack shop.
