The help of the staff was amazing. There is no any solution or request what they could not manage. The area of the resort is one of the best place to have some nice rest.

The hotel is amazing, we booked the delux room with lagoon access but unfortunately there was it windy and little rain and the lagoon was not warm for a swim so it was a waste , we should have booked a normal room...
