Every apartment has a full-size oven and cooktop, pots and pans, a kettle and a Nespresso machine, so dinner doesn't require leaving the hill. Ask for the beds to be split or pushed together and it's done while you're out for a walk.
Taste the vineyard below the balcony
The vines below the balcony are the same ones on Alikon's own activity list: a wine tasting or a tour through the vineyard, arranged on request. Beekeeping instruction and a boat trip are on the same list, if the vines aren't enough.
The walk through the Itamos pines
The land around the apartments is olive groves, working vineyards, and pine forest that includes the rare Itamos tree. Alikon suggests the same paths for an early run and for a slower evening stroll, back to a balcony that still has the sea on it at dusk.
