These apartments are fully online with no Reception. You will receive a link to fill in personal details for all in your reservation then receive a code for the apartment after payment. The alternative is to visit our central Reception at the Hotel "Palác U Kočků" (Palace At the Cats) which is 1 minute away on foot. Please note that the upper floors are accessible only by stairs.
